This is Chris Yates a carp fisherman of some fame. He is also well known for his water-side tea brewing. He usually has an actual Brown Betty teapot with him, along with ceramic mugs, proper loose tea, a creamer -- the works. Some English lake owners can be stuffy about picking plants and twigs and this might be one as Yates seems to have brought along his own bag of sticks.
