I have had this in a drawer for about ten years. I take it out once a year because I am going to use it. I hold it for a minute or two, scratch my head, and put it back.
What is this and how does it work please?
It is not a "fire steel" or ferro rod in the sense that I'm used to, where you strike it with steel and it sparks. This has the block and a thing on the side of the block (ferro rod?)
Please help this stupid person.
