Is this worth making and carrying or storing do you think?

I just found this, I think it's cool and all, maybe something fun to play with but for the woods in bushcraft or camping or in emergency packs...I'm not sure it would have many benefits except being highly efficient in burn time and burning temps for a very small amount of fuel...
