Comprehensive Altoid tin fire kit

I've been experimenting with a comprehensive fire kit that will fit inside an altoids tin, but enable you to make fire in nearly any situation. I'd like to share what I have so far, for the purposes of review and criticism, so that I might improve the kit! So here goes nothing...
