I saw this posted online with little explanation in the description and thought this could be used to hold a ferro rod. Anyone know what type of Chuck this is?

When the ferro rod is on its last leg one could easily swap for a new one. I’d love to make one but I don’t know what to search online to find that particular brass contraption.
